Carson Valley Medical Center

With a full interior framing package the management team oversaw pre-construction, design, and coordination with the use of BIM. The $2M contract included scope from Interior Framing, Drywall, Taping, Acoustical Ceilings, Woodworks Ceilings, Radiation Protection Systems and much more. This complex project, held at medical construction standards, faced many challenges, which were no issue for the project team.

F.I.S.H.

Friends In Service Helping was a state funded project for mixed-use, intended to provide opportunity for the misfortunate along with restaurants and offices. The budget of $900k included Drywall, Taping, Acoustic Ceilings, Wall protection, Exterior Plaster, and more. The project completion brought a positive change to the community.

Caesars Palace – Julius Tower

A $14M tower showcasing the front of Caesars Palace Casino. With 580 rooms and a fast-paced schedule set to open prior to the holidays, the executive management team was tasked with a complete demo of the structure with new metal stud walls, drywall, smooth finishes, doors, wallcoverings, and painted finish. The top two floors were remodeled with exceptionally high-end finishes such as european solid core doors, gold leaf finishes, and much more, all within the team’s careful management.

Allegiant Stadium

Over a $52 million dollar framing and drywall package, the executive team managed the project for over 3 years with significant involvement on the exterior finish package. Scopes that were managed included Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Taping, Acoustical Ceilings, Custom Metal and Wood Ceilings, Fireproofing, EIFS, FRP, Unistrut, and GFRG

St. Rose Medical Hospital

With a $700k contract value our executive team has managed Framing, Drywall, Taping, Acoustic Ceilings, and FRP. This east wing expansion was a project that doubled the size of the current hospital platform.

Ballys Tower

Our management team faced the challenge of a partial demo and a careful re-configuration of rooms with new metal stud walls, drywall, smooth finishes, doors, wallcoverings, and painted finish of the 756-room tower. With a $17 million scope budget, this project had a faster schedule than hotel towers on the Las Vegas strip due to its partial remodel—this type of schedule required two shifts and a high delivery expectation.

Madison Square Garden – The Sphere

The industry-leading dance, performance, and concert hall was a state-of-the-art project where the management team oversaw the cost management. The challenging project, in a cost-plus format, required attention to detail unlike any other. The execution of this was crucial to the expedited schedule of the 2023 F1 race in Las Vegas to showcase the project. Scopes included metal studs, drywall, ballistic protection, insulation, BIM/VDC, Pre-construction services, scaffolding, toilet partitions and accessories, and wall protection, which totaled more than $59 million.
