Yard House is known for its lively atmosphere, open layouts, and busy kitchens, and a space like that needs interiors built for both style and heavy daily use. Our team delivered a complete frame-to-finish scope, taking the project from bare structure to a finished space ready for guests.
The work began with metal stud framing throughout, including structural shear walls and ceiling framing. From there we installed and finished the drywall, preparing every surface for the details that define the space.
In the kitchen and back-of-house areas, durability came first. We installed diamond-plate & FRP (fiberglass-reinforced panels).
In the dining areas, acoustic ceilings help control sound in a high-energy environment, so guests can enjoy the atmosphere and still hold a conversation. Dryfall coatings on exposed ceilings created a clean, finished look overhead, and interior and exterior painted finishes completed the project inside and out.
The result is a space that looks great on opening day and is built to perform for years to come.
